SRDC at a Glance:

-The Summerside Regional Development Corporation was incorporated in 1971.

-The SRDC shareholders are the Province of Prince Edward Island; City of Summerside and the Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce.

-The Corporation is operated under the direction of a Board of Directors which consists of nine local representatives who are appointed by the shareholders. Day-to-day operations are supervised by the General Manager and management staff.

-The Corporation's board meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month.
